Nathan slowly opened his eyes and rolled down the Versace sheet covering him. He laid on his back and let out a clumsy yawn.

He slept like a baby last night.

His head still hurts but the pain wasn’t as bad as it was when he went to bed last night. He couldn’t wait for the cut to finally heal so that the headaches would cease.

Nathan shut his eyes and opened them almost immediately. He quickly sat up and roved his eyes around his large luxurious room.

He gasped as the realization of reality dawned on him.

He went to bed thinking that the mansion, the file, and the cards Mike had presented to him last night were all an illusion but it wasn’t.

Nathan rubbed his drowsy eyes with the edge of his palms and cast his gaze at the edge of his kingsize bed.

The file was still there with the wallet containing the cards. He sighed and got out of bed. He was already feeling on top of the world.
