Chapter 311

By 6 pm, Nathan and his group decided to leave the bar after hours of chatting, drinking wine, and taking selfies.

When they stepped out, Greg left with Charlotte in his car.

Charles threw his car key at Nathan. Nathan stared at him in confusion.

“Why don’t you give Avery a ride home? Henry and I will find our way.” Charles told Nathan and they gave him a twinkle.

Nathan swallowed. “Of course!”

The boys wished Avery farewell and then headed toward the street.

Nathan ushered Avery into the car and then settled in front beside her.

After they strapped their seat belts, Nathan turned on the car media and then drove away. There was ballroom music being played by the radio station.

Avery threw her back against the car seat with a sigh. “I had so much fun.”

Nathan chuckled. “I’m so glad we had a non-alcoholic wine else I wouldn’t have been able to drive you home.”

Avery giggled.

“I took a whole damn bottle,” Nathan said and took a sharp turn.
