Chapter 58The boys dispersed to their rooms and assembled downstairs about an hour later. “All set?” Nathan demanded after his feet landed on the last staircase. “Ready as hell!” Henry replied with a wide grin. Charles gave him a soft pat on the back. “He’s so excited about driving us. He was the first to get ready.”Nathan smiled and slipped his hand into his pocket. He pulled out the key to the Lamborghini and handed it over to Henry. “There you go Mr. Chaffeur!”Henry snatched the keys from Nathan like it was some treasure. He dashed out. The boys shook their heads and hurried after him. When Nathan and Charles got to the garage, Henry was already settled in the driver’s seat. “Hurry up guys. Stop walking like slugs. We need to go shopping.”They chuckled and settled on the back seat. “Are you guys ready?” Henry asked, his face screaming excitement. The boys slipped their seat belts around them while Henry adjusted the front mirror. “I think we are all set,” Nathan said.

Chapter 59The boys bore disappointing looks. Charles was the most disappointed and his countenance was more evident among the boys. Just when he thought he was going to look smart in that Brioni, the manager was about to end his dream of owning a designer suit. Nathan and his friends walked up to the manager. Before Nathan could speak, the manager spoke. “I’m sorry guys. You can’t have these suits.” Reiterated to the manager. “But they were on display.” Nathan countered. As far as he was concerned, outfits that were on display were not purchased ones so they had the right to own them.The manager cleared his throat loudly. “Listen! The suits are still on display because the buyer hasn’t claimed them yet. He’s not currently available but will return to pick them up.” He explained. Chapter 61“I’ll love to check out the gym at the mansion,” Henry said, his eyes bursting with enthusiasm. Ever since Nathan spoke about the gym in his mansion, Henry couldn’t take his mind off it. “Sounds cool.” Charles agreed with a nod. “I’ll also love to check the place out and work out there.”“Well, you guys can drop me off at Ben’s gym then head back to the mansion,” Nathan said. Nathan tossed from one edge of his bed to the other. He had been trying to fall asleep but it seems sleep had eluded him. He rubbed his eyes with the edge of his palms and stared at the heart-shaped gold-colored clock that hung above him. It was seven minutes past 1 pm. After his session at the gym with Ben earlier, he had called Larry to come and pick him up. By the time Nathan got to the mansion, the boys were already done with their session though Nathan wasn’t sure if they engaged in a tour at the gym or worked out. After taking their showers, Nathan and his friends settled for some Chinese rice and liver sauce. Nathan then decided to take a nap while the boys remained in the living room. The security officer gave his forehead a delicate scrape and turned away. Nathan arched a brow and folded his arms across his chest. “I said take me to the manager’s office right now.” He maintained, staring at the man straight in the face. The young security officer turned to Nathan with a sigh. “I don’t think. He’s….” he began to stumble on his words and at that point, Nathan knew that the man wasn’t willing to take him to the manager. “Listen to me. You either take me to the manager’s office or you risk getting fired.” Nathan confidently stated. The officer looked at Nathan. His nostrils were puffing hot air. “Come with me!” He said after a sigh and turned around. He began leading Nathan to the staircase. Nathan followed the security officer way up the staircase. They got to a hallway and the security officer pointed to the first closed door on his left. The inscription Manager was slapped on the door. There were other offices down the hallway. The security officer left.

Chapter 64Nathan darted his gaze down to the man kneeling before him. He sighed and ran his left hand through his hair.“Get up Bart!”The man was indecisive. Should he remain on his knees and continue to plead for mercy or should he stand up as Nathan requested he wondered. “Get up and return to your office,” Nathan stated. Bart stood up and turned away. He couldn’t even look Nathan in the face. Nathan watched him turn around and head back to his office. He then pulled out his phone and placed a call to Larry. “Come and meet me inside the bank at the reception downstairs.”Nathan made his way down the staircase. He marched to the security officers at the doorpost.Daylan, the security officer who had seen Bart kneeling before Nathan walked up to him. “Get two staff from the deposit counter to the customer care unit immediately. Things are getting messy in there. Tell them it’s the manager’s orders.” Nathan instructed. Daylan nodded in understanding and swung into action. W
