Chapter 88“Come in!” Nathan responded as he continued to fix the buttons on his shirt. He was dressing up for the party. The door to his room was pushed open and Mrs. Smith stepped in with a tiny briefcase. She was clothed in the finest silk and was wearing a diamond-encrusted necklace. “Hey, mom!” Nathan greeted her but didn’t take his eyes off the shirt he was working on.
