Katy would have refused her entry and ordered her to be kicked out. But she couldn't. She could have easily done so since this was her territory and all..but she couldn't bring herself to do so.

It was as if she was under some kind of spell or something. So she couldn't refuse her. But rather she had let her in without questioning.

From a quick Look, one could already tell that she had some sort of fear for her or something. It was as if she had some inferiority complex or the idea of feeling that you have to obey her. And she did what Hana had just demanded.
