“Mr Roasario, someone is here to see you,” Beatrice, his receptionist,said, as she stepped into the CEO’s office.

“Who is that?” Damien inquired

“Mr Blackwood, he is here to submit his proposal” she explained.

“Did you tell him I am around?” he asked.

“No boss i did and he is here with Mr Ken” she answered.

“ Just tell them the secretary is the only one around that the boss had gone out for a meeting”. Damien instructed.

“Okay boss” she said as she walked away to go and do as instructed.

At home, Anna had told her father what Ken told her, she begged her father to help pitch Ken to the CEO of D.F company, Mr Blackwood suggested that Ken should go with him so they can see the CEO together. At first Ken was skeptical about the decision, he believed that there was no need for him being there yet, that after Mr Blackwood proposal has been approved, he would use his (Mr. Blackwood) authority to pitch for Ken so his proposal can be approved.
