Damien POV

Damien turned to look at Anna, he was surprised to see that she was even there.

“What in the world are you doing here?” Damien was trying to keep his cool, he didn't know if Anna had heard him and Usborne talking to each other.

“I came to see you, I wanted to talk to you. I know there is no way you would want to talk to me but I want to tell you something.”

Anna wanted to make sure that Damien was moved by her words but it seemed like it was not going to work.

“I don't have time for all this, I have work to do and things to keep in order. Please tell me why you are here?” Damien was straight to the point and was not about to let Anna even remain there for another minute.

“Please Damien I came to see you, I wanted to know how you are doing and how things are going over here. I know you might despise me now but there is no harm in us being friends.”

Anna wanted to make sure she made Damien feel like she was a changed person. Damien felt like she was trying to become a changed
