Annoying
"I didn't remember your daughter telling you to come over." Max furrowed his brows as he appeared to be deep in thought.

"Does she need to tell me to come over before I come?" Rachel frowned as she stared at Max feeling rather unhappy.

"Well the last time you came, you almost caused my wife to be violated so, I guess, there's no way you would come."

"What do you think you're saying?" Rachel frowned, feeling rather flustered.

Max pointing out what she did made her feel rather guilty, but she didn't want to admit it, not in front of someone like him.

"Besides, I know you didn't come to see your daughter, but rather to check if I was still alive," Max smirked as he stared intensely at Rachel.

Rachel's mouth couldn't help but twitch. Max's words were right now. How the hell did he know that it was what she came to do? With the commotion he had caused at Edward's banquet, she was sure that the Edward family wouldn't let him off.
