Settled

The first person was an old man who walked rather slowly towards the scene. Behind him was another man who walked rather slowly behind the old man.

"Old geezer, I thought you left already?" Max frowned seeing Albert.

"Young Master, I'm sorry, but I was the one who delayed Mr. Albert as I needed some help with something." Ethan who was behind Albert replied hurriedly, afraid that Max was going to say something that would anger the old man.

"I see," Max muttered as he turned back to stare at Thomas.

"And what did you say just now?" Max continued as he stared at Thomas.

"I..." Thomas shuttered not knowing what to say. He just couldn't believe his eyes.

He was not blind nor was he deaf and could see the way Ethan treated Max and the old man. From apthe way Ethan acted, it seemed like the fear he had toward Max was even greater than the one he had for the old man.
