Chapter 57 - The common enemy

Aurora was alone in her room when her hearing sense caught her name in her brothers' mouth. She stood and walked towards the living room.

Just like her brothers, Aurora loved the antique setting of their house as she would immediately become transported to a different time. She stood above and held the bannister as she looked down at the large living room that had a fireplace.

In the centre of the room was a large, round table, surrounded by four chairs - one in each corner of the room. In each chair sat her brothers, shirtless, with their pale skin glowing in the light.

Lucian, the eldest of the group, sat in the chair to the north. His piercing blue eyes sighted Aurora and he smiled at her when she walked down the stairs.

Aurora stood beside a pillar and folded her hands. She smiled back at him. She knew it was time to hear most of their pains and plans, it was always amusing to her.
