The Break Room

Luke and Ella carefully stepped forward toward the room ahead of them. The room was pitch black without any light emanating from within. Without knowing whether or not they were alone inside the room or not, It was obvious that they had no choice but to proceed into the darkness.

"Alright, let's take it slow." Luke whispered in order to make sure they didn't trigger anything unsavory.

Moving as quietly as possible, they entered into the room as the door behind them shut and locked itself tightly shut, sealing them inside. Once the room was locked, a single bulb of light flickered on from the ceiling illuminating the room. It didn't provide much light but it was enough to at least get a feel for what was going on around them.

The room was incredibly large to the point that it felt as if it could fit two dozen people in it at once. There were various pieces of equipment that sat scattered around the room on top of wooden platforms which were connected with thin cables.
