Mrs Lisa’s gaze softened slightly, but her voice was sharp.

“You’re not telling us everything. What did you do, Sophia?.”

Sophia’s eyes narrowed.

“I told her. Everything. About Stiles kissing a random girl in a restaurant I even sent her a picture of the both of them. She’ll never trust him again. And once that trust is gone, everything falls apart.”

Mrs Lisa Thomas face was marked with a smile as she turned and gazed at Mr Thomas, whose face was also marked with a smile.

“No wonder why she has not come out of her room since today.”

Mrs Lisa spoke.

“ I should go and check up on her, you know, for family reasons.”

Mrs Lisa Thomas and Mr Thomas interceded. “What is all this commotion all about ma'am?”Mrs Lisa asked looking directly at Stiles with a scornful gaze, you could tell by the way she made her face that she wished she was the one who had slapped Stile this time around.“Your good-for-nothing adopted brat spilt drink on my dress.Lady Nancy said as she held the helm of her gown, which had just a negligible stain on it. “Oh… I'm so sorry ma'am hope it didn't ruin it?”Mr Thomas asked gently, hi

Raya immediately asked, her voice jolting Stiles out of his head."Raya, the man you saw was a stranger who lost his way and was asking for directions."Stiles immediately replied hoping that Raya would buy his fake story."What, do you think I'm dumb… a stranger t

Stiles felt his heart skip a beat. The weight of his father's words settled over him like a lead blanket. He stood frozen, the gravity of the moment pulling him in every direction."I…”He tried to speak, but the words got caught in his throat. His mind raced, desperately trying to piece together what this meant, what it could mean for his future, and what kind of mess he was already tangled in.His father’s holographic form was crisp and clear, but Stiles couldn’t shake the feeling that it was all too surreal. His gaze flickered between his father and Mr. Jonathan, then finally landed on the princess, whose smile hadn't faltered for even a moment.“You want to announce it tomorrow?”“In front of everyone?” Stiles repeated, his voice rough. Mr Henderson, in his perfectly tailored suit, stood tall with an air of finality about him. He took another sip from his glass, watching his son with a calmness that only deepened the unease in Stiles’s chest.“Yes. It’s time.” His father replie

Mr Jonathan didn’t answer right away, his presence solid beside him, as though giving Stiles space to come to terms with the question himself. “You won’t know until you try.”Mr Jonathan finally spoke. The words hung in the air between them, heavy with meaning. Stiles sat there for a long moment, staring at the dim city lights flickering in the distance, the sounds of the night city surrounding him. He knew Mr. Jonathan was right. But it didn’t make the reality of the situation any easier. He wanted to fix it. He wanted to undo the betrayal. But in the end, only Raya could decide if that was even possible.Stiles ran a hand through his hair, his shoulders sagging as he stared at the ground. "I don't know how I can look her in the eye again.”He whispered, his voice breaking with the weight of his words.“You will. You’ll find the courage. Because that’s what you do when you love someone. You face the music, no matter how ugly it is.”Mr Jonathan spoke, as he took a glance at Stiles

"Why did you even go on that date? Why didn’t you tell me? You could have been honest with me, Stiles. I would have understood. But now… Now everything feels like a lie.”Stiles throat felt tight, and he swallowed hard, he then turned and gazed Mr Jonathan, who was staring worriedly at him."I didn't know how to tell you. I thought it was harmless at first, just a casual dinner, but I should have told you. I should have been honest from the start. I was scared, scared that you’d leave me if you knew how much I’d messed up. But I see now that lying was the worst thing I could have done.”The silence on the other end was suffocating. Stiles waited, his pulse racing, unable to guess what was going on in her mind. He could hear her breathing softly, as if weighing his words, as if trying to decide whether she could believe him, whether she could ever trust him again. Finally, she spoke again, her voice softer now but filled with sorrow.
