Amelia’s face had gone totally pale after the call with her father and she appeared to have lost the initial energy that she had.

She turned towards William and said, “Why don’t you go home? You were right”

She thought she had found a way to try and resolve the conflict with the Snow family, but with the move they just made, she no longer believed that they could be pacified.
