The cold expression on William's face remained as he asked with a deep voice, "Evelyn, what are you doing here?"

This was his grandfather's secretary or better put, his right-hand messenger most of the time.

She was the same person who had called to inform him that his restriction had been lifted.

William knew that she would eventually find him but didn't think that it would be this soon.

She rose to her feet and took William's hands, the charming smile on her pretty face grew wider, "Young Master, I hope you have been doing well. It's been 5 years and we miss you. I missed you so much"

A small but noticeable blush appeared on her cheek.

He broke out of her grip and said seriously, "Did you hear what I just asked?"

William understood her mission in New Spring but he wanted the lady to spill it by herself.

She pursed her lips and hesitated for a second before saying, "Why won't I come to see the Young Master after all of these years? We really care about you"

This made William to frown
