Ellie felt William wanting her to approach him, and for the first time, Rindley's words popped into her head.

"William, I..."

“I think it was almost worth dying for.” He said and she looked at him in horror.

“My goodness, how can you say such a thing??”

“What did you expect, Ellie?” He asked. "I almost had to die to see you're perfect."

"OK enough. I will call the nurse.”

He tried to ask her not to, but she did it anyway.

Ellie took a deep breath. Her life felt like it was going downhill from there.
