An old man at the age of sixty years old has been out in the middle of the forest. The man’s eyes were closed and apart from the sound of the cool breeze causing the leaves to flutter. The sound of birds singing nonstop was not something to disturb the old man from his meditation.

The old man was meditating peacefully out in the forest and he has been in this position for the past month without any food or water. Everyone was wondering how this old man had been able to perform such a feat. To sit in the same possible without moving a muscle for a month. All his students have taken their time to spy on him but not one of them has caught him moving a muscle.

This old man has not gotten up to eat, drink, or even relieve himself. Since day one the old man of sixty years old has been sitting in that exact position.
