Master Micheal was still trying to comprehend how Landon had somehow knocked him out. He could not believe it. Master Micheal could not believe Landon had sent him flying with a slap.

‘Impossible! I refuse to believe this brat has more Life energy than me!’

The only basic explanation as to why Landon's slap would’ve affected him a lot is that Landon's Life energy is higher than his but that should be impossible. Landon was just too young. Even when a person knows life energy, absorbing it from the environment is something else. It took a lot of practice to do that with his many years of practice in martial arts, it is in his old age that he just discovered how to absorb life energy from the surroundings faster than usual.

Master Micheal can boast that the amount of life energy he has absorbed from meditating the past month is way more than the life energy reserve he has had for the more than forty years he has been practicing martial arts. This opened a whole lot of possibilities
