The familiar person in the interview room who had called out to Landon was a female of course.

“Clarissa?” Landon replied, recognizing her.

Everyone in the interview was piqued with curiosity when they noticed Clarissa and the new intern seemed to know each other.

A guy dressed corporately suddenly asked. “Clarissa, do you two know each other?”

A sneer suddenly appeared on Clarissa’s face as her gaze was still on Landon. “Yes Mark, I do. I just didn’t expect to see him here. He is my high school buddy.”

“Oh wow,” Mike suddenly frowned. “You are not close to him are you?”

Clarissa waved her hand casually and replied. “Hell no. I’m just shocked to see him here.”

Before Mark could say another word she looked at Landon and questioned. “What are you doing here?”

“I’m just here to do my internship,” Landon replied.

Clarissa was indeed one of his old-time classmates. She was one of the people who were absent in their last high school reunion so Landon has not met her in so many years now
