After a few minutes, Jasmine's mom finally became very much more stable to sit comfortably than she was before.

Jasmine’s mom's name was Eleanor. She’s the current leader of the Rivera family.

At this point, it was only Jasmine, Aria, and her brother that was currently present. Unlike most families that chose a male leader to lead the family, the Riveras were different. The Rivera were known for having their females chosen as the rulers of their families.

The male children are never chosen as heirs to one day lead the family. It was a sort of tradition among them.

Those who tried to marry the female descendants of the Rivera family were married into the Rivera family. It did not happen the other way around where the female is married into the male's family. With the Rivera, the males who sort of their daughter's hand in marriage are married into the Rivera family name and it is an honor for them.

As one of the three powerful families in Dimvale City, the Rivera family name was one
