Instantly Jansen lowered his head again with a panicked expression on his face. He was looking at Joseph and Katthes who had moved to this back door.

Joseph and Katthes could not see clearly because the door bordering the driver's row seat and the rear bench was closed. They both looked at Jansen with questioning gazes.

"What's outside the car?" asked Joseph in a hushed tone.

"Half-human monster," replied Jansen who said in a low voice as well. "Virus T-26 version B."

Joseph and Katthes immediately glared in surprise. For a few seconds they both just stood there rigidly with tightened expressions.

"The virus is a half-spider monster," Katthes said softly. "That monster is one that is difficult to defeat."

"Are we going to die then?" asked one of the very young women. Her voice was slightly trembling and her eyes radiated obvious fear.
