90. Never Ever Put The Trust

Just as the two of them were able to hide in the closet, Frank's footsteps with several people arrived in the hallway. Soon Jansen and Joseph could hear the sound of someone's body hitting the floor.

"Ah, you're so useless!" Frank said with emphasis as he slapped the man beside him on the head.

Jansen and Joseph, who were able to peek through the slit line of the closet, grimaced. They were no longer surprised at Frank's treatment of his own bodyguard.

What puzzled Jansen and Joseph was the man Frank's bodyguard had pushed to the floor. It felt like they were both familiar with the man, but since their field of vision wasn't very wide, they couldn't recognize him.

"Why are so many things not going according to my plan?!" Frank grumbled in exasperation.

"Mr. Frank... what are you doing to me? I'm completely innocent!" The man kneeling with his hands tied then said.
