Chapter Fifteen

Snow gasped, words of Mael sinking deep into his hearing through his whispers right into his ears.

He pulled away, a devilish smirk painting his lips as he anticipated his agreement to his plans.

“If I may Sir, that’s cruel.” He commented softly, pity shunning through his gaze.

Mael remained unfazed, “It’s only fair she gets a taste of her specialty.” He shrugged, walking away from his side with his hands crossed behind him.

“You are going to do by my order, and your negotiation for my forgiveness will be considered. Goodbye Snow!” He let him know, walking out of the office afterwards.

He hadn’t taken far strides when he bumped into his friend, Steve. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m really really sorry. I have no idea, please forgive me.”

Mael was a bit taken aback by his shaky reaction, he was frightened as if he committed the mistake. It was Mael who bumped into him, not the other way around.
