Chapter 13
"Sir, I really apologize to you very much. But, it's not what you think. I just feel ... I don't want to burden others." Aletta paused for a few seconds, as if thinking of the right words that would not offend Jack.

Looking at Jack who seemed to be waiting for her, she quickly continued, "You helped me earlier, sir. I think that's enough. I can find my own job."

Jack understood. He knew the young girl in front of him did not really trust him, but he was glad Aletta spoke in such a polite manner that he did not mind.

"Alright, if that's your decision, Miss. But, if you need any help, you can contact me. I would be happy to have a worker like you." The man said as he asked Aletta to save his number.

Aletta frowned but still recorded Jack's cell phone number in her phone.

When Jack left the shop, Aletta immediately muttered, "If he has a company, even if it's a small one, shouldn't he have a business card? Why doesn't he have one?"
