One hundred and Seven

Owen and Amayah burst into the house, the door slamming shut behind them. Owen's anger was palpable as he confronted Amayah, his voice raised in rebuke.

"What was that nonsense you pulled earlier?" he growled, his eyes blazing with intensity.

Amayah's eyes widened in shock, her words faltering as she retreated backward, "I...I don't understand..."

Owen's expression darkened, his tone menacing. "If you ever step out of the car and create a scene like that again, you will regret it, you are lucky you are in this condition."

With that, he turned and stalked away, leaving Amayah bewildered and fighting back tears.

She whispered to herself, her voice trembling, "Amayah, you can't let him know he's hurt you. No, you can't."

Her eyes flashed with anxiety as she steeled herself against Owen's cruelty.

Amayah's emotional turmoil overwhelmed her, and she crumpled to the floor, her head in her hands. Her mind raced with questions, wondering what she had done to deserve Owen's cruel treatm
