"What's the latest?" Katherine asked the moment she saw Sandra, but before she could respond, Marcus gestured for her to be quiet. "Shh," he said, and they nodded in unison.

Marcus began to tiptoe, and as he approached the spy, he opened the door and found the man on the ground, unaware of Marcus's presence. The spy stared up at him, caught off guard.

"Who are you?" Marcus asked, his tone laced with suspicion.

The spy hesitated, "Uh, I'm... looking for my grandpa."

Marcus raised an eyebrow, "Grandpa?" he repeated, his skepticism evident.

The spy nodded, but Marcus was not convinced. Katherine and Sandra exchanged worried glances, sensing that something was amiss.

"Fine, come in," Marcus said, his voice firm but measured.

The spy's eyes widened, and he hesitated, "Sir, I... "

Marcus chuckled, "I thought you said your grandpa lived here, so come in," he repeated, his tone laced with skepticism.
