Sean had just stepped out of the campus library, where the faint scent of books and paper still lingered in the air.

Suddenly, Jack appeared from behind, throwing an arm around Sean’s shoulders in a friendly manner. The surprise made Sean jump slightly. Jack, with a wide smile and a cheerful expression, looked very different from his usual self. He was wearing a bright t-shirt and jeans, his relaxed yet energetic appearance standing out.

"Got any plans for tonight?" Jack asked in a friendly tone that left Sean feeling confused. Normally, Jack didn’t care much about Sean’s plans.

"I have to work," Sean replied tersely, searching for an excuse.

"But my friends and I want you to join us for a bachelor party at a bar tonight," Jack continued.

Sean felt a bit of pressure. "I really can’t. Sorry," he said, trying to sound firm.

"Come on, Sean, just for tonight," Jack urged, his eyes sparkling with hope.
