"I talked to Ivy about the auction and she said she feels like a cheat."

"And how is that?"

"She feels bad for her mother and the other clients wanting to partake in the auction."

"Oh, that is very benevolent of her but what are you going to do about it?"

"She wants me to hold a fair auction. Place the mall on a public sale and award it to the highest bidder."

"So in other words, she's asking you to not get involved."

That was the million dollar question. Could he look away? The mall was initially meant for his wife and now she was asking him to stay out of it.
