"Honey, I am really, truly sorry for the way I acted." Lucas had been apologizing all morning, even though Ivy said she wasn't mad at him.

"For the hundredth time– no, the one thousandth time Lucas, I am not upset anymore. I overreacted too, and I apologized. Are you still mad at me?"

"No, of course not. I was never mad at you."

"Then it's settled." She said with a smile but then her face turned serious all of a sudden. "So what's up? You have to talk to me Lucas, I am your wife and I feel we should be able to communicate when we feel things aren't going right."

"I know, and I am sorry. It's just that…" he didn't know where he was supposed to start from. "Things are just really…" He didn't know where to start from, things were really complicated for him.

She took his hands in hers and smiled softly at him. "It's okay, take your time."
