187. Confession.

It is said that when the brain develops cold indifference and logic as its primary decision making duo, bad choices are made. We evolved to use empathy and logic together, which boosts creative perspective taking, which boosts the discovery of peaceful solutions.

But where do our decisions come from?

Decisions should come from your sense of empathy and creative perspective taking, combined with logic and grounded in reality. For when we make choices this way, they are better choices.

Now, a lot of people believe that a person can only have two choices. Yes or no. Up or down. Good or bad.

But that is wrong.

Choices are hardly ever a fork of two pathways, we just have to open our eyes a little wider, and many other pathways appear. The right path for one person can be different from another and only the inner compass of love and passion can illuminate it for that soul to walk upon.
