"Thank you Peter, for your help."

He acknowledged her appreciation with a slight nod and he added. "I didn't do it for Lucas, I just didn't like the confidence that Richmond had, and I never liked him from the start."

It was true, when they were younger, Peter would complain all the time that Richmond was too full of himself and that Ivy was making a mistake by dating him, but no one ever took his side, except Lucas.
