CHAPTER 13

After finishing the partnership discussion with Alicia, Asher escorted her to the front of the building where Alicia's car was parked. They chatted briefly in front of the car before Alicia got in and drove away. Asher waved politely as the car moved off, then turned around, ready to head back to the office.

However, his steps abruptly halted as Olivia suddenly appeared before him. Her face looked cheerful, but Asher stared at her with a barely concealed expression of disgust. Despite Olivia's attempts to flirt with her sweet smile, Asher simply looked at her coldly without a word.

Olivia, accustomed to getting attention and admiration from men, felt surprised and annoyed by Asher's reaction. Yet, Asher remained unresponsive, making the situation increasingly awkward between them.
