Jade heeded to Carolene's advice and picked out a random blue dress to wear. She realized that confidence truly was the best accessory and so when she finished dressing up, she held her head high and had the chauffeur drive her to the office.

She arrived and successfully attracted the attention of workers and passerbys alike. It was known to them that her family and the DeVille normally did business together, but suddenly having her show up in place od her parents was an oddity.

Another reason why the stared was because of the news that was everywhere: on the tabloids, social media, news channels and whatnot. Everybody who had a cell phone hesrd about the fire in her laboratory and seeing that she arrived at the DeVille's company, many people were sure thst she had cme to ask for help.
