Marcus was seen in his office with Richard by his corner. They were trying to finalize the whole issue about the school property. Marcus had told Richard all the information he got from Mr. Matthew and his plans of having a meeting with Mr. Wealth to see if they could brush things up without violence, and Richard, already knowing who Mr. Wealth gives his own side of advice.

"You have to be super careful with whatever you do or are planning to do." Richard said.

"I will uncle, I believe if I talk to him with all my evidence of the property belonging to us he'll understand and even if he refuses I'll pay him back the money he used in buying it." Marcus replied.

"Mr. Wealth, also known as Magnus, is a devil incarnate. When I found out that the building had been claimed by him, I decided to not proceed in dragging matters with him."

"Because he's a mad man. He wouldn't stop in getting what he desires even if it requires killing anyone." Richard s
