“What is this madness, Attorney Luciana?” The Judge asked with a sneer on his face.

“I am so sorry,” Luciana replied loudly, her gaze locked with Magnus' horrid gaze as she, Camelia and Linda SheIn and her children passed through the aisle.

Camelia slipped into a seat and waved at Marcus, her face beaming with smiles. She was so happy at the feat that she and Luciana were able to achieve.

“I would like to apologise to my Lord and to this honourable court for the delay,” Luciana declared, taking the stand. “We had to go and bring the Witness as well as the evidence needed to not only clear Mr. Marcus Blackwood but also to pin down the man who masterminded the murder of Matthew SheIn.”

Magnus and Maxwell turned to each other with panic in their eyes.

“Is this turning against you?” Maxwell asked Magnus and Magnus clenched his fists.

“Thomas betrayed me. That is what this means. I have to leave immediately. Call my lawyer and prepare jets for me. I have got to leave immediately,”
