"What do you mean by she left early? Can't you call her and find out where she is?"

"Look, Brittany is a very big girl. I am sure if she wanted me to know, she would have left a note. But she didn't and she knows that she doesn't have a phone for me to be able to reach her so I am sure that wherever she is she is perfectly safe and able to take care of herself without needing any sort of help from me. So I will just let her be till she is ready to finally talk. So can I now go back to the business that I run!"

"I can't believe you would just leave her like that. I mean, come on now. She is your woman. What if she is in trouble? What if she gets into the kind of troubke that she was in before and something more valuable than her phone was taken, what happens then?"
