"What?" Nothing made Levi happier than seeing the look of shock on Roberto's face. He did not believe what he had just heard.

"That's a big fat lie. There is no way that land has been issued to the public by the government," he resorted.

After scanning through the document, Roberto got more angry. The angrier he got, the more excited Levi became.
