Mira’s Plead

Despite Kim's recent avoidance, Mira was doing everything to regain Kim’s trust and friendship. She could understand why he was distancing himself, but then, she refused to give up on him. She had come to love him.

Mira gathered her courage and decided to visit Kim at his house, hoping that being in the same space as him would help him feel more pleased around her.

With her heart beating fast in her chest, Mira stood outside Kim's house. With a bouquet of flowers in her hand, Mira knocked on Kim's door, her heart beating fast in her chest. When Kim's mother answered the door, Mira greeted her warmly and explained that she had come to visit Kim.

"Hi, Mrs. Slate," Mira said with a warm smile. "I hope I'm not intruding. I just wanted to see if Kim was home."
