Adele hesitated for a moment, her gaze shifting between Edward and Eva. But eventually, she stepped aside, allowing them to enter the house.

As they walked past her, Adele's eyes met Eva's; a silent confrontation took place as Eva noticed Adele's jealousy. Eva, who was observant and intuitive, didn't fail to notice that Adele wanted her to keep her distance from Edward.

So Eva let go of Edward's arm, and they all entered the house. As soon as they were inside, Edward invited everyone to sit down in the living room, taking charge of the situation.
