“I mean it’ll make things worse.” Mandy told Scott quietly. The latter was still confused. He couldn't understand what Mandy was trying to tell him.

“Explain. What are you tryna say?,” he requested with a very obvious, puzzled look on his face.

“I mean those staff members know everything about the company. How are we going to get better staff that understand the company well enough if we send them away?,” Mandy explained carefully. But Scott was still confused.
