Raina sat in her seat after the situation with Marco, she went back to class immediately.

She used her eyes to search for him but it seems he wasn't there. A sob threatened to escape her throat when she realized that he didn't want to be close to her.

Raina sniffed as she looked around the homeroom, surrounded by the sound of her classmates shuffling papers and the soft murmur of their conversation.

But despite the normalcy of her surroundings, Raina's mood had plummeted, as a weight had dropped on her shoulders.

She tried to focus on the lecture, but her mind kept drifting away. She kept thinking about Marco and the look on his face before he walked away from her.

He didn't look at her with those stars in his eyes like before, he just stared at her like she was a stranger.

That broke Raina's heart more than anything. She came back to the room like nothing had happened.

Like Marco didn't rip out her heart in that hallway. She was glad nobody saw that or it would have been embarrass
