Charles stared at the judge intently as he looked at the audience ready to give his verdict. He knew he had won. That was sure, but he just couldn't help thinking and wondering if things were going to end in his favor.

Most of the time he had always gotten disappointed and although he had been really confident with James' smartness, he could not help but wonder about a negative what-if.

The judge's little eyes roamed over the audience and finally opened his lips to speak.

"The jurors have deliberated, and have come to a decision." The judge started, and Charles bit the insides of his cheek. "The court has voted in favour of Mr. Charles."
