Cora gulped down a saliva and prayed feverishly to God... If she ever got out of this mess without any form of punishment, she'd never disobey her father ever again.

Aidan quickly defended Cora who was fidgeting with her clothes.

Jonas looked at Aidan who kept a straight face and to Cora who was staring at Aidan.

Mr. Kal had a blank expression and Cora immediately added, "I'm sorry boss, I promise that it won't happen again."

"I know it won't because I'll have that place shut down with immediate effect, the game is deadly and I'll not have you dancing around with danger." Mr. Kal said with a note of finality and Aidan and Cora exchanged looks.
