Chapter 15

David made his way back to his room.

He tried opening the door with his arm only to wince in pain upon touching the door’s handle.

It turned out that the hand he used to touch the door was the same hand Steven burnt when he shook David.

David just looked at his burnt hand and sighed before opening the door with his other hand.

He went to his room and immediately collapsed on his bed, worn out and tired because of everything he had gone through in just his first day of school.

David then began to think about how he managed to make three friends (Akiri, Flora and Susan) and apparently one enemy (Steven).

David sighed as he began to think about Steven, wondering what his problem was, he had saved him from being expelled from the academy and instead of being grateful to him Steven’s anger towards him only grew more.

David didn’t know what to do.

He didn’t want to have Steven as an enemy; he didn’t want to even have an enemy in general.
