The Last Dragon

The villagers only know that this strange and blind man is the protector of the village from the interference of newcomer bandits who extort the villagers. Not many know that this blind man is an unrivaled Swordsman of his time. The man who is now called Ki Wicaksono is the last generation of Dragon Warriors. With the title attached to him, he could actually claim the throne of the kingdom of Kamandaria, but he preferred to protect the Black Mist Village and stay in this village.

After leaving Candaka, Ki Wicaksono continued his journey to the end of the village near the mountains. It looked like he was just walking normally but he quickly entered the forest behind the end of the village. This demonstrated his incredible body lightening skills.

Slowly the sun began to set leaving the darkness that enveloped the forest. Ki Wicaksono arrived at a unique house that combines the concept of a house with trees.

"Grandfather wherever, luckily arrived quickly. It's already dark," said a beautiful young woman

The woman who looks elegant and beautiful is named Gayatri. He is the only grandson of Wicaksono.

"Grandfather was just sitting at Yatri's place to eat," answered Wicaksono calmly.

He knew his grandson was worried about him as much as he was worried about his granddaughter because there were already so many blackmailing bandits that controlled the village where he lived. Luckily he has passed on some martial arts to his grandson to defend himself if something happens to him.

“Earlier, my grandfather met this young immigrant who had just entered our village. Grandfather heard he was looking for your father Yatri!”

"What business does he have to look for Dad?" asked Gayatri while preparing dinner for his grandfather.

“Grandfather didn't know, but he said your father was his uncle. This is impossible because as far as grandfather knows, your aunt has vanished in the Black Mist while trying to save you first, Yatri!!!” said Ki Wicaksono.

Gayatri was silent for a moment when her grandfather started to bring up again the problems when he was a child. His mother died giving birth to him, so his Aunt Sri Ningsih took care of him from a young age. While his father disappeared after his birth, either blaming him or indeed there was something else he didn't know.

It was already dusk and he was still playing in the yard. His aunt's screams could not be heard by him. The Black Mist moved fast as if it was about to swallow everything in its path. Ningsih was so panicked that she desperately ran to grab Gayatri and ran quickly into the house. Gayatri survived but she did not see her aunt again after that incident.

Gayatri feels she has been cursed since birth. Anyone close to him would have left him dead or alive. That's what makes him always shut himself in the house in the middle of the forest. Only his grandfather was the only one he felt had not left him.

"Yes, Grandpa, Yatri, I'm sorry. Because of Yatri, auntie disappeared in the Black Mist of this cursed village and father left us too because of me ssshhhh!” Gayatri sobs remembering all her past incidents.

It was also what made him not willing to leave his grandfather alone even though he was fed up with everything that happened to him. He is fed up with the cursed village that he feels is always cursing him.

The old man breathed heavily. "Grandpa doesn't blame you Yatri. If grandpa had not left at that time maybe this incident would not have happened!”

"Tomorrow, I'll try to find the nomadic young man so I can find out exactly why he knows your father's name, Yatri."
