Alexander stood behind his desk and the tall lass window that lets the morning’s light pass through. Daemon and Ashley finally stopped with their tour and reached the cafeteria. There are a couple of important places that they went to first though. The first being the infirmary. The place that Daemon may never have to visit in this lifetime since there’s nothing to be healed nor cured from him. Everything is taken care of by his [Lesser Regeneration] and his [Lesser Vitality].Then there are the other places of interest including the location of the library and the training hall. With the former being located somewhere near the quarters of the academic scholars. A strategic place to set the library since the scholars close to it are the ones who’ll make sue of the facility most.That’s also why the later mentioned, the training halls, are closer to the quarters of the martial arts scholars. Daemon and Ashley walked past the same path that they took earlier. Before heading their way towards the training grounds, both of them came back to their rooms first. Taking a bathroom break and making sure they look presentable because, Ashley told Daemon that they aren’t gonna go back to their rooms after talking with their instructor.“She’s probably gonna eat up all of our time so you might as well just stay there and use the equipments early. Just as was suggested, Daemon went on to test the things present in the training hall. It isn’t just some small room where everyone’s forced to fit in. No. It’s a big on that also has a couple of rings for various sports. Though not all of these are covered since it would be impossible to fit every type of ring into a single training hall. That’s why there’s a limit to the types of martial arts that can be picked up and, judging from the materials alone, Daemon can see that a lot of these have to do with the famous ones.There’s equipment for boxing and taekwondo among others. And Daemon began using them right away. Testing out his kicks on the punching bags and trying out his flexibility and dexterity on a small obstacle course that’s made for calisthenics. There is one big problem that Daemon has to overcome on his own. He needs to show everyone that he’s a capable person. But not just any ordinary capable person. He needs to show them that he’s capable enough of defeating Leon. Daemon finished everything. From the first training up to the last, he’s able to endure it all. His stamina ran low at the latter parts because [Lesser Vitality] couldn’t keep up so, he had to lower his pride and take the thirty second breaks before continuing with the next part of the training.Even as he did this, he already went past Ashley and George a couple of times so there’s not much that he has to prove. All that’s left is to finish the training itself which, he’s able to accomplish.He’s still the fifth though. The ones who finished first before him on the push ups are the same ones that overcame him at the end. These are the individuals that he has to beat. All the rest are, for Daemon, nothing more than a bunch of weaklings.There’s also something else that he felt during the training.
