Christian stood there for a while longer. He watched as the chopper went away from the Academy. The strong wind continuously hit him and the sound is sharp and painful to the ears. But these things don’t matter to the teen who’s still caught with the rage that’s been planted within him. A seething rage that began to grow uncontrollably like a wild beast.

When the sound of the helicopter began to die out, that’s the time that Yvonne approached him. She’s been there for the whole of this ordeal. Right as soon as Christian and Daemon spoke with one another, she’s already there in the background. Watching.

Though she doesn’t seem to be a mere spectator because, when the conversation reached its end, she could swear she saw Daemon spare her a glance. And as this happened, the teen flashed a soft grin on her. Making her heart skip a beat for some reason.
