There is a good reason why Daemon didn’t do all of this from the start. Four reasons to be exact. The first is because he wants to drain some of the stamina of his seniors. Though he knows that it’s impossible to drain this completely, he at least knows that he can drain a significant amount so that they won’t be able to perform at their fullest when he begins counter attacking.

The second reason is because he’s giving them extra lives. Daemon doesn’t want to end this with hitting one senior just one time. No. He wants to hit the seniors as many times as he can and, this is only possible if they have extra lives. Preventing them from leaving the field and making them stay there until they get battered to the point that they’d lose consciousness.

The third reason is because Daemon is charging up his gears. There is a great chance that he will be fighting against a very athletic senior. If this happens then his whole plan would fail, unless he gets enough stats so that he’d be able to
