Chapter 44

Justin looked out the window at the outside world. He dared not leave his current hiding place because he was now a wanted person, and he felt uneasy, as if he were being pursued by the police even if he went out just to buy food. He couldn't taste freedom anymore, and he was truly trapped in fear. He was terrified to move even a bit right now.

"Cursed Niko, he's truly unlucky. I won't let him escape and be happy after this. I won't forgive him ever, and I'll lead him into the deepest hell. I promise to make him suffer." He looked visibly angry at Niko and really wanted to exact his revenge.

He put his jacket back on and walked aimlessly along the street because he had no direction anymore. His feet kicked empty bottles, played with rocks on the road, and stopped in front of a garbage bin for a moment because he didn't know what he should do.
