Daniel couldn't help but overhear gossip about Elina and the newcomer named Romeo while he was preparing for a new metric for an upcoming meeting next week. "What if the Young Master finds out," he muttered as he placed his laptop on his desk.

Daniel looked around his not-so-large office, adorned with various awards and plaques on the walls. He then turned and pulled out his phone, gazing out the window. Something was bothering him. Work issues were far from over, but new problems were surfacing, leaving his mind scattered.

Eventually, Daniel decided to call someone he knew well. "Hello," greeted a man on the other end of the phone.

"Can you come to my office now?" Daniel asked.

"Sure, I'll be there," the man replied before ending the call. Daniel placed his belongings on the desk and stared out at the parking lot from behind the window, waiting for his trusted ally.
