By the time they appointed a new contractor for the job, many other business moguls already began exploiting on their ideas.

By the time they had finished building Cloud Peach Groove, they already failed to gain the initiative in the market. Not only that, Cloud Peach Groove became extremely expensive due to the amount of money spent.

For years, the building had laid desolate without any buyers. Mr. Connor naturally found Oscar's choice surprising.

Perhaps because of the relationship he shared with Mr. Weymer, he went out of his way to explain the history of the building.

"Young man. There are a lot of better looking office buildings. After years of desolateness, I'm sure the architectural designs of that building must've washed off. Why do you remain stubborn huh?"

"You said it yourself. If nobody buys that building, won't those two partners be loosing out so much?" Oscar refuted.
